Type 4 Mechanical Cities. Named so for the massive mechanical mobile walls that surround them. The cities grow and build them selves as needed. The city is powered by a large Dark Energy Reactor under it. The larger the city, the more coolant towers that are needed. The coolant towers are those large things spewing out the smoke into the sky.

Also, as much as it looks like it. The Coolant towers are not whats making the sky red or the dark clouds overhead. Though they share the same properties.

..I think that was my longest comment yet.
