When we had gotten back from the bar, I realized I left my keys upstairs because I was late for the company Christmas party. Michael was there for me while I attempted to call my neighbor who was staying at his girlfriends in Lawrenceville.

I met Michael at a karaoke night where we became close sitting on a couch in the back of the bar. We really hit it off and I was very excited for the next weekend when I would see him again.

I was actually at a company party for the restaurant I worked at and I was about to leave when Michael texted me and asked what I was doing that evening. He was coming back from a wedding. I remember getting butterflies in my stomach because I wanted to see him again so bad.

I wrote this comic for someone very special that I hurt very deeply. I thought long and hard for a way to show him that I was still the person he fell in love with a year ago, when he saw my art. This story is for you sweet boy.
