This is just a basic not-part-of-the-main-story comic. River is a flirty, sassy woman who is helplessly in love with the doctor. If you actually watch DW then you'll get it. There's a lot of other plotty things that shouldn't have to be explained. Jut watch season 5 and 6. Hope you like it :)
