Don't feel that way, Jimmy, just because one person dislikes something you do it isn't the end of the world c: Just because your style is based off another also does not mean anyone will make the connection and attack you on it, in fact, I don't think anyone, unless they're a huuuuuge twat, would attack you personally about it.

Also, my 'style' was originally manga based (I know, shock horror, le gasp, it is true) and admittedly that was a long time ago and I never really got into it. But there are some characteristics still there today, for example, I still occasionally draw manga-ish eyes (which in my world is two lines top and bottom and an iris in the middle of a large sapce of white) and I also still have the 'large amounts of spiky hair' but I highly doubt anyone would pick up on that connection. c:

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, don't let it get to you, keep going. c:



You could say there might be a connection between the spikey hair drawn in anime and Loki's hairstyle in your comic. XD

And this gives me initiative to get happy. Really fast.
