Well, there are some groups within the manga artists that have Christian web comics:

and someone already mentioned Shelter of Wings, Skipping Tomorrows does not have a Christian theme but is done by a Christian artist, and there is also Send Me an Angel.
I say, if you don' mind the manga style, look around those places, not all are of amazing quality, some are, some aren't, a lot have great potential tho.
Oh yeah, and RG2Cents, his comics are good :) I think there is also Demons Among Us comic on CF that's Christian and a hanful of others. If you want to find Christian webcomics, go out and google and look~ They exist. But don' ask for perfect art and perfect storyline~
