I'm confused... No Mafia kill? Was the talk about Conversion just flavour text? Or did the Merc really get the Convert?

Are you going to post when the conversion goes through, Spinner? If the Mafia did attempt a kill and failed, would anyone know about it?

I think the conversion went through but it wasn't Lee. Reckon the guardian stepped in... So the Mafia probably attacked a confirmed town.

Right. Theoretically, the conversion has gone through by now, which means that theoretically, Kojiru is no longer a trustworthy source of information. I'd be up for either an antihero or a Kristy lynch. What are your guy's thoughts?

I guess that unless someone gets a message about it and somehow gives us an idea of who was protected and whether or not it was successful, we are kind of stuck...

I'm not okay with not trusting Kojiru yet... If he declared Anti innocent, I think that we shouldn't take Anti down until Kojiru's alliance is a bit better known, whether that's via him serving us up a Mafia member, or dying and then we can determine his honesty based on that.

I kind of want to say Master of Weirdness, simply because there was discussion about several roles not responding, and then he shows up...

Gah, this lack of information makes things so much more difficult for the Town.

Does anyone have a list of the people who are still alive?

Edit: Okay, the person who was attacked would. I don't see ANY detriment to that person calling out that they were attacked, if it were the case. If anyone was attacked, the Guardian will know whether they protected them, and that gives us more information, either in the sense that they are lying, or that they are being watched over.

If no one responds, then I guess it means that the Mafia missed a kill or did their conversion today (If you gave them a second conversion, Spinner...) and missed their kill the time beforehand... Either way, I think that the people who maybe took a real interest in the game and then maybe weren't here yesterday would be a good place to start looking for lynch targets.

Barring Spinner being very late on a PM, yes.

That being said, Lawelite was the only person shopping another target when Socks was first being targetted. I'm not willing to completely forego the idea that Orange threw him under the bus, but as Ranger would say, you don't hunt for the convert, you hunt for the original wolves.

So Lawelite is my vote for now.

Edit: Socks also jumped on his wagon... I'm not sure if that speaks for him, or against him. But it's good enough for my vote.

He didn't turn up because of the role discussion as magravan suggested, he turned up cos I bugged him in PM.

Why was Socks so reluctant to jump on Espeh's wagon? Why, exactly, was he attempting to get Master of Weirdness lynched rather than quite possibly saving himself and buying another day by voting Espeh? Only possibility I can think of that Espeh is mafia.

Same goes for Lawelite, really. He said that he didn't really think Invader was mafia, but rather than use his vote to save invader he kept it trained on Master. I'll go along with a Lawelite Kristy Espeh vote for now, but I would slightly prefer Kristy or Espeh.

I'd also like to mention, Magravan, that in this circumstance me bussing Invader would make absolutely zero sense. Invader socks was under no specific suspicion from the town. I had an entire list of like eight people I could easily have gotten lynched instead of Socks. Everyone was like "Oh, I guess I could TOLERATE a socks lynch" or "Oh, I don't really like EITHER lynch but I'll pick socks because I don't know". I personally was also under about zero suspicion from the town at the moment when I would allegedly have started the bus. Bussing is a tool that is generally used as a last resort, and that would have been far from a last resort scenario. I was also jaded against Invader Socks for the reason that he tried to get me lynched the day phase before that.
