that even Aang was struggling to withstand the blood bending, and he is the avatar, he only got out because he went full Avatar state. That is pretty crazy, and the way Amon acted, it implies that he is even stronger and more disciplined than Aang.

First, anyone can energy bend.
Second, Amon is not an energy bender. To energy bend you must place your hands on the person's heart and forehead, instead of doing this Amon places it on the forehead and throat. These are the light and sound chakras which deal with illusion and deception.
He's making them think their bending is gone.

Iroh Jr is here to sweep all the girls off their feet, and show Mako what happens when you act like an indecisive douchebag to two beautiful eligible girls.

Iroh Jr will also show Mako how firebending is really done, as well.

The ending felt so rushed. u__u I mean, I know that it was originally only going to be a single season but, man, it would have been awesome if there wasn't such an easy way out, or if Korra had to re-learn all of the bending or she could only learn the parts of bending she hadn't learned so far (metal, lightning, so on)

He's such a great character I really really hope he gets a lot more development in the second season. I think it was going to be Metal, so, it would make sense for him to get more development...

I really don't like Mako. :c He didn't even break up with Asami. Jerkjerkjerk. I mean yeah I get that he's a teenage boy blahblah but I don't like him for Korra. :C
I was really hoping it'd be Bolin that'd be end game but, eh, I figured it was kinda a long shot. u__u So long as Bolin's happy :<

Asami was awesome. Asami was so awesome~ I didn't like her at first, and I still think she's a little too perfect, but she's grown on me a lot~ Poor Asami. :<

I always thought Tarrlok was an interesting character, even when people thought he was a douche (and he kind of was), but man, the writers really outdid himself on this guy. They did a complete 180 on him, and it's amazing. Noatok's tear right before he died kinda did it for me.

I still cannot redeem Mako in my mind though. What the hell man, you're already in a relationship.

When Tenzin and his family showed up in the rally, I freaked out. Like, literally. I think my roommates hate me now. But godammit Amon you cannot cannot CANNOT do that.

Also, I now ship Bolin and Asami together. Because I think Hiroshi is a terrible father, she thinks he's a terrible father...

It was nice to see Aang again.
