Clearly, you just had 1,165+ visitors on that day, who viewed your pages 8,730+ times. What, you didn't think your webcomic was that good?!? :P
(Mine also reads normal...)

Eyup normal here too, on the 14th I got 300 hits.
I hope that isn't the blown up number. Welp.

Haha. If it is that good, I want to know where this traffic came from and then suddenly disappeared to.

While that would not be unreasonable if you got linked from a really popular comic, I'm pretty sure we didn't suddenly become the most popular comic on the internet for a day.

well
that's weird
edit: okay, it's a one time thing because of the update mechanism, I can't really fix this easily. Maybe I should just set the stats to those of the 13th of 12th, so it's at least an approximation?
Any opinions?

I think it would be best to average the 12th / 14th... It is somewhat spirit crushing to see a line hugging the bottom for everything that isn't a fake spike...

LOL. I knew that 62k was a bit too much for me. It looked like an april fool's joke, much funnier than the furry thingie.

Everyone's getting super high stats for the 14th except me! Mine was just kind of on the low side compared to the other days (which is what Kyo predicted anyway). I feel uncool now. :C

Yeah, mine were normal enough as well across all my webcomics.

Yeah, I got the same spike for the 14th and in lieu of accurate numbers for the day, I'd prefer an average of surrounding days... I wonder if it might make more sense for it to be an average of 4 days (2 before and 2 after) rather than an average of only the 2 days... This might result in numbers either above or below the 13th or 15th, rather than automatically being a straight line from the 13th to the 15th.

For info only. Yesterday's stats looked kinda normal:

Today's stats for the same comic feature that wonky spike:

Another comic's stat's are still looking normal-ish by comparison, tho' there are little adjustments:

Meh, I can still trawl along the baseline if I want to daily check stats for any reason. And I guess the spikes will be gone in a month, so shrug. BUT NOW WOULD BE A GREAT TIME TO LIE TO ADVERTISERS! LOOKIT MY IMPRESSIVE STATS!
