Comic Fury Webcomic Hosting - Super Chibi Girl

Super Chibi Girl is not some cutesy comic all about chibis or chibis that are superheroes.

Instead, Super Chibi Girl is about a young human biracial woman named Allison Fe'oma, a recent college graduate who is trying to find her place in the world. And she finds that place, except it's all thanks to a space alien who happens to somewhat resemble a chibi. That chance encounter with the chibi-esque space alien (whom she names "Jeff") is a life-changing experience that snowballs into something incredible -- and also leads to Allison becoming Super Chibi Girl!

Not exactly a superhero story and not exactly a sci-fi. But it is a character-rich story about what it means to be human...even when you're not...anymore.

He won several Awards on Drunk Duck. That probably doesn't matter a lot here but it sounds good! XD I should have thought of saying that too! :P

Aha, yes - I remember Due East was practically drowning in a veritable ocean of accolades, back when DrunkDuck really meant something, instead of really meaning something else, which is what it does now.

And the award that the Due East comic won was Best Spiritual Comic in 2008. Off Hours won Best Collaborative Comic in 2010. Both at Drunk Duck.

SCG 1 Page 4 is now online!

I just wanted to let everyone know I have Page 5 partially completed (was up past midnight last night working on it). I hope to have it online by Thursday or Friday!

I spent the last week revising the dialogue for Pages 5 and 6 and ended up rewriting pages 5 through 20. But, let me assure you, it's changed for the better! My wife gave me some excellent feedback and that helped propel the changes.

Page 5 is up! Allison has had enough with all the craziness that's happened since an extraterrestrial appeared and bolts out of her own apartment...so now what?

Page 6 is now online! Allison has some hard choices to make concerning Jeff, and maybe she cares more than she realizes? Hm!

Page 7 is online and it's a DOOZY! Allison almost gets herself killed on this page, all for the sake of pursuing a journalism story!?

New page! Page 8 is online and the plot thickens! Allison meets the city's attackers and that's not a good thing. But more surprises are in store -- keep reading!
