Comic Fury Webcomic Hosting - Salutations (or: a fancy way of saying hello)

Hi! I'm Doodleniks. Despite the title, I'm not really all that fancy. I'm an amateur artist who's wanted to do comic for ages now but have always sort of lost focus. Upon realizing I tend to overthink things, I am going the completely the opposite direction and careening into this business with nary a plan or clue of how to proceed. I'm making this up as I go along. Cheers?

Heh, I actually tend to have the opposite problem--diving in without thinking at all, and then when it fails, realizing I needed to plan--so I start overplanning. :P

It has its ups and its downs. Both do, really. Ideally, you'll ultimately want a compromise between the two. ;)

That's what I'm trying to do. I have a plan, but I'm trying not to over think it and get bored.

It's a good way to work, if you never lose the enthusiasm everything will be alright.
And you already made your first good decision: joining us :D
