Is a question some, but not all of you, may be asking right now. Basically we moved the server over to a new IP. I was told that there would be no downtime, but really I should have known better.
So basically whenever you ask your browser to load a website, it in turn asks your internet provider what the IP of that website is. This happens through your internet provider asking domain name servers etc etc, it's not that important.
Anyway, that data gets stored for a short amount of time, so you don't have to wait to figure out what the ip of a website is, every time you load a new page. This is only a problem if the IP of a website suddenly changes, which ours did.
So yeah basically, the site will appear to be offline for some of you, at the most for a couple of hours. Don't worry, it's all good.
edit: Oh yeah and I forgot to mention: This change should make the site faster! Hooray!
Hey asshole. Whats the big idea giving me an infraction. You gotta problem with me or something. If you don't want my comic up then let me know. There's alot more fish in the sea! You can't stop me. You won't stop me from fulfilling my vision! Dunkin Skids lives forever!
.. If you got an infraction, it's a note that you broke a rule and should not do so in the future if you want to retain access to the forum. Your comic is independent of the forum, and unless you're doing something illegal on it, it's unlikely that it would be affected.
That being said, continually disregarding the rules will result in a forum ban.
