Okay after the Interesting events of today. I decided to open a new Thread for Pure RP.
anyone can post here..

also format for talking or speaking normally in "altered quotes"

anything out of that is considered out of charcter.
also if you are going to disrupt someones RP please be nice about it ( at least OOC wise )


some quick points - this thread will be moderated - as in Ill run it as a role playing game.
the charcters will be the same as the other comic battle threads. Ill handle NPCs and locations.
also combat. combat will be run according to modified RPG blind system. Ill decide wins and losses. via random chance device and modified by powerlevels and such . it WILL be fair trust me.

what you can do. chat talk have fun romance dance in your unmentionables.
you can also post art.. feel free we are all artists.

what you CANT do. alter powers abilitys or skills "on the fly" you also cant oh I had a nuke in my jacket. or say oh you missed on every single attack - no mary sueing. period.

the location is the "Hub" the extra-dimensional place where the fighters gather. there are hotels shops and you are free to add to this location it is free floating and outside of space time. meaning no one ages.

There are guardians that protect people and participants. these guardians are THE final word on a argument or disagreement.
you cant out power them. you cant fight them. it is meant as a in charcter way to warn the "player" they are going to far.

POWER LEVEL:
Cosmic - These are the forces of creation and distruction. they are the top end. period.
Ledgendary - these are the heros of myth and ledgend very very powerful.
Reknown - beyond human and most Supernatrual.
Superior - above human these are the "everyday supermen"
Strong - Above the average
Average - This is the normal rank for most people and aliens.
Below Avg - this is below average of course
Weak - you get the idea these people have trouble lifting stuff or opening cans..
pathetic - these folks cant even move. and are utterly iniffectual.

those guardians are
Cent Comm prime - Robotic construct power level Legendary
Starsong - Power level Cosmic.

other security types
Security Staff - Humans and other races - power level varys mostly Strong.
Drones - weak but a medium attack ( these can be fought and distroyed they are not a player warning )
Combat Drones - power level Strong they can be fought but they have a a LOT of firepower.


NPCs
Staff.. weak they are the dozens of interactive helpers.
people. - combat - varys average for the most part - they are the shopkeepers and various people you can also interact with.

major locations
Hotel- massive and multi-layered with pools and guardens..
restrants.. make em up i dont care.
fast food stands again up to you guys
shops and stores same thing.

all money is accepted by shopkeepers , and they will know if its worthless. although you can always "try" to pass off bogus cash.

skill use - if your charcter has a skill they can use it. im going to hope you guys can just work it out - ill be happy to abitrate if needbe.

COMBAT RULES
any combat will be handled in the following manner
player A makes a attack eather via OOC ( out of charcter comment ) or in charcter via qoutes.
player B makes his/her "responce" dodge/counter attack/block whatever
WAIT FOR GM RESPONCE!
then turn 2 will begin - fight move results will be posted any injurys will be handed out.
this will continue untill the fight is resovled. also combats "freeze" the charcter while waiting for responces.

there are several "states" a charcter can be in.

"normal" - not injured ect
"minor injury" - ill give you the discripton
"major injury" - same as above just worse.
"stunned" you may only use defenseive actions. no attacks
"stunned no parry" NO actions you are unable to act. other than stagger
"TKO" down and out. but alive
"bleeding" active but losing health.
"DEAD" you may take no actions. you need a rez. those will be provided by Starsong.
these combat states can also be combined it is possable to be Injured,major/Bleeding/TKO or any combination.
healing is avalable via healers or player powers /abilitys.

major point here. HAVE FUN!

EDIT- new skills may only be added with express permission and rational fitting the charcter. no "
Insta-skills"
Some areas may have security or blocks against tampering- the "hotel" and the HUB spire are two locations. player charcters may not simply walk in and out of peoples rooms ( that are not there own ) without PM-ing eather the player who controls that room or the GM ( ME ) there may be reasons you may not be able to break in or enter up to and including god like magics or cosmic entitys. this is so players have a nice quiet place to RP without being interuppted. ignore hotel security at your own risk.

**Mary sue actions will not be tolerated. period. if the GM says you are wounded. you are wounded. act accordingly.

remember anything not in quotes is considered OOC ( out of charcter and the charcters cant hear you .. )

But isn't Nama himself a fighter? If he's a fighter does he need to use the quotes? Also, new avi is cute, Cent~

This is so we can at a glance know whats "in charcter" and whats out of charcter - lessens confusion.

yep you can post pics in fact I whole heartedly urge you to . if you put them in the comic is up to you. we are all artists after all.. ALSO - ill gladly take suggestions and or advisements on revising or refineing the rules ..

made several edits to the rules.. ( see first post )

I think the rules are fine. They seem pretty flexible in terms of what we can and can't do. But if I do think of something that can be added/changed/whatever I will definitely tell you. :)
