If it is something I've never seen before, good cover art does get my attention and I'm more inclined to look through something I've enjoyed the cover of. However, if I enjoyed something related to this before, a lousy cover will not turn me off of it...

I usually judge from the title and banner. If the art or title catches my eye, I'll read the synopsis. If the synopsis interests me, I'll go to the site. And then there are the days of, "Well, it keeps popping up as newly updated fairly often. Wonder what it's about... *click*" or I keep hearing good reviews of it so I'll go check it out for curiosity's sake. If I'm feeling froggy, I'll click on a random comic to see what happens.

I do the same thing, though sometimes you get some weird stuff, like just today I popped up on a comic with a dude doing a mermaid, curious, I went back and reread some of it, I stopped when the ninjas bust through the window of the kitchen.

Considering how busy I usually am, it's not often I even go looking for a comic to read. However, if something catches my eye, I'll take a look at it, but unless it fails to capture my interest within the first few pages, it's not too likely I'll continue reading it.

I have a small attention span like tha-Oh look a bird!

Strangeness abounds in the crannies of the interwebz... The worst thing I've found was a vampire pirate. Still trying figure that one out.
