Comic Fury Webcomic Hosting - Werewolf 6

Now with a re-written beginning! If it's confusing, I'll slap Linden's original version in here instead.

Ahem-

The peaceful hamlet of ComicFury'sville is almost a perfect place to live. Lots of land, a friendly community, gorgeous views, stunning sunsets, and a large town square with a beautiful oak tree in the middle (surrounded by a strange red patch).

But all is not well in the country, dear readers, for there are beasts in our midst. Beasts so vicious and terrifying that the whole village has been gripped by the paranoia of them lurking amongst their friends and families...

... wolvies.

The villagers have taken to lynching those they suspect to be werewolves every day, (so far unsuccessfully) and have retired home at dusk to hide in fear of the monsters roaming the land in the darkness. The villagers hope to remove the menace from their cobbled streets, and the werewolves hope to pick off the villagers one by one, until they are of equal number.

Then they will nom the survivors.

Between the werewolves and the lynchings, there are 16 villagers left. 2 of them are monstrous beasts, 1 is a seer capable of divining a person's true role, and 1 is a valiant guardian who can protect any other he so chooses. These special roles are active under cover of darkness.

There is also a traitor amongst the villagers, a most unlucky soul who is a villager that (when seen by the seer) appears as hairy and frightening as a boiled sweet you dropped down the back of the sofa 3 weeks ago. There is also an individual who the gods have blessed with two lives- and a taste for revenge. When killed, this ghost can exact gooey ectoplasmic revenge on anyone it chooses.

But who are the 16 individuals left as our story begins? Here's the list...

1. 1337Salty Mauled to death in a drunken stupor whilst throwing up. Nice (Villager)

2. Magravan- Survived the onslaught despite being evil in the eyes of the seer (Traitor)

3. Ice the frosty cat Lynched by chance, which turned out in the village's favour (Werewolf)

4. Tamdrin Attempted to skewer the wolves. It didn't work (Guardian)

5. meager After doing some D.I.Y, he's now knocking on Heaven's door (Villager)

6. geekgrrl Gobbled right up as she tried to help the community. At night. How stupid of her (Villager)

7. fingerwitch Finally lynched by complete chance by the victorious villagers (Werewolf)

8. Elayne the Distrait- Lived to tell the tale of the monsters of ComicFury'sville (Villager)

9. Sarge Met a very permanant death at the custardy hands of the other villagers (Villager)

10. Antihero- Looked death in the eye and laughed, living through a lynching to be victorious (Villager)

11. ranger_brian_new Dragged from his "Stronghold of Study" and strung up (Villager)

12. BlackMageBrad Concentrating so much on the Guardian that he missed the wolves behind him (Seer)

13. edi-san- Evaded and outsmarted the wolves, coming out the other side a better man (Villager)

14. LuckaszZ Killed for his deranged ramblings about being a supernatural being (Villager)

15. Michelle- Avoided death completely, but would've made a come back either way (Ghost)

16. SuperPie Lynched himself to get to Video Game Valhalla (Villager)

I made it 16 so we start on a day phase this time! So let's get going!

You don't wanna be the Seer, though. It makes you epically suspicious. Like last game when I was the guardian, I protected the Seer the first night phase, but after that I thought she was too suspicious to be the seer, so changed my mind.
