Werewolf VIII is here!
The Story
==================
As night once again sets upon the tiny village of ComicFury’sville, the villagers retreat into their homes once more.

The sound of slamming doors, clunking deadbolts, and rattling chain-locks can be heard like an orchestra that no one would see, because man, who wants to pay to hear that? The inhabitants of this community are no strangers to night intruders, so they are always on guard. However, the villagers are not afraid of theft or vandalism, no, what they are afraid of is much, much more terrifying. What could be so terrifying, you ask?

Werewolves. That’s what.
For as long as the ComicFurians (as they like to call themselves) can remember, they have been plagued by the ever-present werewolf threat. And to top things all off, some of the villagers have been reporting corresponding visions of a shadowy figure, one that can only be described as… particularly purplish.

The werewolves attack and kill one villager per night. The villagers have been getting more and more desperate, and they have done the only logical thing they can do. What’s that, you say? Move to a different village? Pfft. Don’t be ridiculous.
The future of the ComicFurians relies solely on one thing. Their ability to systematically vote upon and lynch their fellow villagers until all of the werewolves are dead.

Yeah, that’s pretty much it. So what will happen? Will the villagers win? Will the werewolves win? Who is that purple guy anyway? What’s his deal? Hey, jerk, the story has just begun. It’s kind of ridiculous to ask those questions until the plot develops, I mean, come on. Don’t be so impatient.
====================
There are some new roles in this game. If anyone has any questions about them, or needs clarification on anything, just let me know.
New Roles!
==================
- Mayor: The mayor has the ability to secretly select one person in the night phase to protect from lynching the next day. The person with the next highest amount of votes will be lynched instead.
- Medium: The medium is the only person able to make contact with the Ghost after they have died. How would this role be useful? Say for instance the Seer finds a werewolf, and secretly tells the Medium via PM. The Medium then tells the ghost via PM. If the Medium is dead, the Seer may not convey the information with the Ghost.
- Chemist: The chemist secretly selects one person during the night to poison. The next day, that person will be too sick to perform their role if they have one.
Out of the villagers, poison can affect the Seer (won’t be able to see anyone the next night), the Guardian (won’t be able to protect anyone the next night), the Naïve Seer (won’t be able to “see” anyone the next night), the Hunter (if lynched that day, the Hunter’s ability won’t work), the Bodyguard (won’t be able to protect anyone that night), the Sheriff (won’t be able to lock anyone up that day), the Medium (won’t be able to contact the ghost the next night), and the Mayor (won’t be able to protect anyone from lynching that day). If anyone else is poisoned, then they will merely appear to be sick, but it doesn’t affect them in any way.
If the Framer is poisoned, he/she will not be able to frame anyone that night. If a wolf is poisoned, he/she will not be able to participate in the attack the next night, which is quite helpful if they are the only wolf left.
The Chemist may also fake sickness for one day, so as not to be so easily discovered.
Another note- After being poisoned once, an individual will build immunity to the poison, and will be unable to be poisoned again.
==================
Returning Roles!
==================
- Seer- The seer may select one person per night and see whether they are villager or wolf. Only alliance, not specific roles.
- Guardian- Works the same as always. The guardian can choose to protect one person per night from a wolf attack.
- Ghost- When the ghost is killed by either lynching or wolfery, the Ghost can make a comeback by taking out any one person during a night phase, but only once per game. Upon death, the unfulfilled Ghost may be contacted by the new role, the Medium. ONLY THE MEDIUM may contact the Ghost through PM.
- Naïve Seer- Works the same as game VII. The Naïve Seer believes himself/herself to be the true seer, but when he/she sees anyone, they appear as a villager regardless of alliance.
- Hunter- Same as game VII. The hunter has the special ability of taking out the last person who voted for him/her.
- Framer- Same as game VII. The framer has chosen to help out the wolves in return for not being eaten. The framer can pick one person per night. If the Seer chooses to see that person, they will appear as a wolf, but only for that night.
- Traitor- Works the same as always. If the Traitor is seen by the Seer, he/she will appear as a wolf, but is actually just a villager.
- Bodyguard: Like the Guardian, but will die if protecting someone.
- Sheriff: Can lock someone in jail for the day, keeping them from voting that round.
- Villager-V: Has the influence of two people when lynching.
- Werewolf-V: Also has the influence of two people when lynching.
The full list of roles is as follows-

-Werewolf
-Werewolf-V
-Framer
Villager Alliance-
-Seer
-Guardian
-Naïve Seer
-Hunter
-Traitor

The Rules
============
The rules are the same as always. There will be alternating day and night phases, each lasting for twenty four hours. During the day, everyone must vote on someone to lynch, and the person with the most votes will get lynched. During the night, the werewolves will pick one person to eat. Pretty simple. If you’re still unclear, check out the previous game.
