I know it's not something you expected, but it's happening anyway. My comic updated. Maybe you could read it and get back to me.

My comic updated, but not all by itself. I had a hand in it.

Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego? Seriously, where did she go?

Also, I updated my comic. I love you if you read it.

Gonna be honest, from the sound of it and the feedback you have recieved, I would enjoy your comic. I am reluctant to read it, however, simply because of it's title. It is almost offensive to the reader, being a play off of one of the most, if not the most, popular webcomics online.

Don't go chasin waterfalls. Instead, read my comic. I updated it.

@BeachGnome: Wow, in a complete fit of honesty (and ignorance) I have no idea what you're talking about. I tried googling similar names and all I could come up with was mspaintadventures "Homestuck". Is that what you meant? I can assure you that I am not nearly well-read enough to pull off imitation. This is what is known in the soft sciences as a coincidence. Also, I don't think that our comics are anything alike, though I suppose I wouldn't know as I haven't really read "Homestuck". Sorry if the title offends you!

That is crazy, though at least with you I can understand the similarity being an accident. You would be surprised how many comics on here are BLATENT copies of the series. The format, the artstyle, the name...

It breaks my heart.

Put aside your preconceptions and read Dreamstruck post-haste, say I~ You won't regret. :D

e; Also, I think you can tell just from looking at the banner that it isn't a rip-off. And since the title similarity is co-incidental, I hardly think it's offensive. xD

Reading it, enjoying it...but I am frustrated at page five, so I am stopping there till my patience grows stronger. I hate giant banners on comics, scrolling down every time to get to the page is trying.

I wondered what you meant for a moment then, until I remembered that some people have substantially smaller screens.
Maybe I should make my own banner smaller too. xD

@Ephemeros: Thanks for the defense! Huzzah!

@BeachGnome: You make a good point. As I just redid my website it might be a bit before I change it all around again, but, again, you make a compelling point. What do you think is the solution? If the banner were smaller, how much smaller would it need to be? I am genuinely curious!

Another solution around the big banner, as Kyo suggested here, is using hash tags with the back/next to scroll the page automatically to the comic rather than the top. :>
I'm gonna do that soon, cause I've got a big banner too. ;P

(To the tune of "My Favorite Things")
Duct Tape on Sidewalks, and Sandals on Kittens,
Shadows in Corners, and Holes in my Mittens,
My Comic Update, and something with String
These are a few of my Favorite Things!

I updated my comic. Read it.

I'm not one for outlandish claims, but if you don't read my comic today you might be missing the best thing on the internet since cats and broken English...so maybe you should just go ahead and read it.
