Short of a complete miracle, Onecanofsprite is being lynched--ten minutes until deadline hits. I am writing the scene as I speak.

I'm happy to take on your role if you want :D I can analyse with some accuracy too. :D :D :D

I vote One Can of Sprite, because he can't survive, and he may as well die breaking a record.

The day has taken off with an explosion. Secret alliances are made, then broken, then reforged, and then subverted once more. It looks like the day might theoretically draw out forever, until the center two suspects take an undeniable lead. After that, there is no stopping the momentum building up towards the inevitable.

When dusk begins to role in, the choice has been made clear. Linden has been the target of attention since day one. "Give us back our baby frogs!"

"You should have died instead of them!"

Linden--in her desperation--calls herself the Seer, but that only delays the inevitable assault she fears being under...

"You can't be the real Seer! You're a fake! No, you're the Fraud, aren't you?!?"

The accusations fly, with some particularly vocal players including Cyborg. When Linden defends against her actions, Cyborg counters her reasons.

Soon, however--out of the blue--an earlier wagon flairs up again. Onecanofsprite had been an early suspect in the day, but Linden had quickly overshadowed him. When people began to say, "what if she really is the Seer?", his fate as the second wagon is all but sealed. When push comes to shove, Onecanofsprite tries every tactic he knows of to gain an advantage, and Linden fights back herself. But in the end, the inevitable happens.

With more votes having come in on that faithful day than on any day previously in any game, this was bound to be a long, painful conflict, which only eventually had itself a resolution. And when Onecanofsprite realizes that he will die, he simply sighs, letting the villagers carry him nearby to Ol' Lynchy. At the last minute, however, Onecanofsprite freaks out, a sudden urge to avoid the noose overcoming his rational thoughts as he dashes towards his custom-made Sentry Gun. Activating it, only his presence keeps it from bombarding the village with bullets. He threatens to unleash its wrath on the village should he be threatened, and the village doesn't know what to do.

Antihero, however, sneaks up to Onecanofsprite and uses his last cigarette from a previous life to jam the gun. The gun has been sabotaged, but Onecanofsprite still attempts to use it, anyway. It explodes, creating a rift in time and space. Antihero barely manages to escape with his life.

Onecanofsprite is not so fortunate. The dark-purple vortex swallows him up.

"Think he's gone?" One of the eleven who had supported this death asks, curious and quite confused as to the happenings in the game.

"Oh, he'll probably be back within half a dozen games..." Another speaks up, also from the wagon. They try to identify the source of the mad raving voice, but decide it's probably nothing. Still, though, the town would need to know what Onecanofsprite actually was, so they go to his house. Going inside, they find some blood stains, a dagger, and a red shirt with a really big hole in it.

They can't make sense of it, and as the Detective refuses to reveal themselves, they are almost ready to give up, when Ice the Frosty Cat offers his take on things.

"I was talking with him earlier, and I happen to know he was a fan of something called a 'Ghost Trick'. He was obsessed it was something related to the idea of our Ghost, that both had an otherworldly influence over reality, and in this case, could go to four minutes before the death of an individual. I'd guess he used that ability to go back in time and stop himself from being stabbed by the werewolves and survived the onslaught, but at the unfortunate cost of his memories, leaving him with a case of amnesia as to his true nature."

"What are you talking about, Ice?"

"Don't you remember?"



"Remember that little detail?"

Suddenly, it sinks in what they just did. They sadly realize that--while Oneccanofsprite was no villager--neither was he a werewolf.



(Well, at least he won't have to worry about any more bills to pay...)

You decide to honor Onecanofsprite as you would any other villager. He might not have stayed town if he had been attacked and remembered, but he certainly was town when he died, and so, deserves to be honored as such.

Summary:
-Onecanofsprite was the Traitor. (What's with towns and their Traitor Lynches?)
-Ice the Frosty Cat is in jail and many not perform any action he would have otherwise performed this night.
--Night Actions are due in 24 hours.

I was the traitor? I wanted to be the ghost! At least I didn't drop my sunglasses.

A quick note--

The Seer will still have 100% tonight, not 90%. The Traitor technically wins with the town, but is not a town role, it was decided. They're also not a werewolf role unless they've been bitten, and since Onecanofsprite was not, that also means no bonus, either.

WHAAAAAAAT. How many games is that in a row now that the traitor has been lynched first? This is getting creepy, the curse of the traitor.
