I'll make this clear. I found it odd because I merely thought that it was random at the time.
But looking back through posts, you're saying that you have a reason and such.
You did say that lynching would be used more than just killing people, after all.
I'm hoping that would be the case since I'm starting to suspect Brad a little myself.
It's likely that he wanted to frame Frosty for being a wolf at the time of the MoW lynch, even though I can't say that either one of both of them are definitely 100% town. They could be neutral, for all I care.
And that would be a little too weird if a wolf wanted to lynch another wolf, right? I'm going to guess that your reasoning for Frosty being town could also relate to this.
I hope this isn't confusing you too much.

Congratulations, Ranger Sleepy, you are mayor today!

But there's one, very opinionated, voice missing from the crowd. Where in the world is Mr. Capps?

"He must be in prison!" someone declares.
And so, they all head to the prison. There's nobody here; the jail cell has been left open.
Just outside the jail, there's a trail of blood. They follow it, and it leads to the pig pen. That's where it ends. The pigs look hungrily up at Mayor Sleepy.

"Om nom nom oink." says one of the pigs, and moves to eat Sleepy's leg.

Mr. Capps was a villager!
Sleepy is mayor today!
Nobody is in jail today!
The Guardian is protecting Lee V.!
The wolf pack has gained a new member!

I'm voting for Sleepy. Normally, looking at who votes together with wolves on day 1 works, unfortunately day one was a massive tie. And day 2, MOW didn't vote. So, looking at MOW's Mayor vote on night one, which is when wolves would likely be trying to vote each other into power, he voted for Sleepy.

I realzie that voting for the mayor is likely screwing myself, but I do believe that Sleepy is a wolf, and I'm not going to change that to save myself.

...Okay, the logic behind this makes no sense, from the wolves point of view. Capps was a suspect. That usually means the wolves should leave him alone.

Invader.Socks was another suspect, but I could understand that. He was suspicious of me, Orangelink didn't really say his suspicion of Nekosuave was based on suspicion of Socks, and if they're converting me, they might want to kill the people who would vote for me. Since Capps was a villager, we can rule out an attempt to kill village roles (how exactly have they managed to miss every role, anyway? Noble vig doesn't count).

But unless you think the target's a role, it's not a good idea for the wolves to kill someone who has a reasonable chance of getting lynched by the town. I hope I don't have to explain that further.

So either the wolves are mentally challenged, I'm missing something obvious, or that was a mercenary kill. In which case, Lee V. was the wolves target, since guardian protected him. Interesting...

Also, I'm surprised that you aren't simply waiting a day, Macey. The argument towards me being a wolf from the beginning is rather shaky, and assumes I'd be willing to go against a fellow wolf and push hard to bus him early in the game, knowing that'd I'd attract attention from night-roles. The argument for me being converted is a lot more solid, and will most likely result in the noose for me, especially with Orangelink behind it.

Edit: ...oops, disregard that, MatthewJA just mentioned there's a new wolf. Assuming we didn't misread the conversion time delay somehow, that means the wolves found the traitor. So Capps was definitely mercenary kill.

I could wait a day, but I have enough info to confirm the vote in my mind, and I'd rather try to get rid of a wolf today. And, as to why you would try and bus a wolf early on, it would be to confirm yourself as town. You're a new player, so none of us could tell if your play style was different between wolf and town. If you bussed a wolf, we would have no reason not to see you as town.

And in the process, set myself up as the perfect convert? Then explicitly say I'd make a good convert? I think those are plenty of reasons to see me as a wolf-to-be. What nefarious scheme would I be serving by measuring the noose for my head, if I was a wolf from the beginning?

Well there are seven distinct possibilities here in my mind.
1.Sleepy is and always has been a hidden wolf, the sneaky bastard. (I sorta think this is unlikely, new wolves usually tend to play a more downplayed or painfully obvious role, and he would have bussed early but it's a distant possibility.)
2.Sleepy is the convert, who knows who the other wolves are?
3. OCOS and Macey are wolves
4. OCOS and macey somehow became lovers again(what?) and either Xsera or superpie and Blackmage are wolves
5. Kimmy and who knows who else are wolves (kinda also think this is unlikely)
6. Macey is the heroseer, sleepy is a wolf and OCOS is town
7. all of these are WRONG, draft, valrog, zeph or superpie are wolves

The question is, where do we procede from here? Lynching Macey would provide us with the most insight into the matter, but there's also a chance she's the seer. So what do we do? Any outside input here?

In other words: Macey, do you feel like becoming a martyr today?

EDIT: In retrospect, there's also the possibility that Sleepy is the convert and Macey is bussing him,(which would be problematic) but that would just be silly.

Personally, I'm leaning towards Macey being the seer, actually.

You left out the possibility of the scapegoat, though, Orangelink. With villagers getting killed left and right and the traitor converted, the scapegoat might know who he is simply by the lack of other villagers.

EDIT: Also, putting Draft as one of my mayor votes, Sleepy as the other. Draft is the most suspicious vegger, and the list of active suspects is shaping up quite nicely. On the other hand, my lynch could be proof positive of Macey's status as seer (whether I'm scapegoat or original wolf doesn't matter), which would be insanely useful.

Right, well here's just a list I made regarding everybody in the game through my eyes.

Also, Sleepy, here's a reason why you would go out of your way to say that you're the most likely convert. Eventually, we would become suspicious if your brilliant logic failed to yield another wolf. We lynch you and you turn out wolf, but we'll all believe that you were the convert. However, it would clear any wolves you supported early on, because you were "town" then.


Of course, this may all be insane rambling that I regret tomorrow when I've had a chance to sleep.

There's also the possibility that MoW was the scapegoat, and we still have four wolves to deal with...

Also, I guess I'll say Sleepy today. I've held him in suspicion for a while now, so I guess it's time to put that down... hopefully his death'll clear things up a little...

This is the most brilliant idea of them all. The only problem would be in the two cases of a clever macey-sleepy bus and a maceywolf going for a power lynch play. Both of those are unlikely, though. This way we don't have a chance to lynch a possible seer and everything should pan out well from there.

Even though this suggestion from him pretty much guarantees sleepy isn't a wolf, voting Sleepy.

Also, as a side note to all seers: Remember that the Alpha Werewolf appears town.

EDIT: There is one final, incredibly remote possibility that Macey is the fool making a powerplay lynch, but again pretty unlikely.
