I built and burnt movie DVDs, and did a small amount of shopping, during which I met this guy who was a keen comic fan and had giant tattoos of the X-Men on his back!

Today, I sat here at my computer and tried to figure out how Tim Tebow is supposed to help the Jets. Not that I'm a Jets fan, but he really needed to stay in Denver so he could learn stuff about playing football. He can start by not praying in the middle of the field.

And I'm also making my way toward the end of The Hunger Games series, just in time to have to wait another week to get into the movie.

I saw a pug down at the mechanic. Female with only one eye. I am so sure this is the pug that I helped operate on to remove that eye at the vet's two years ago. Seriously, how many one eyed female pugs are in this town?

Today I lost my job.
The manager I don't like gave me a heads up that she was going through files and because of my attendance record (constant lateness, which ok, if people tell me can be helped it really can't, I have fuck all concept of time and it frustrates me more than it does them), I was meant to be fired AGES ago. I was lucky enough no one picked up on it because I don't know maybe the other managers like me enough or something and I'm totally grateful for it. This manager however was probably looking for a way to get rid of me by the books.
When I told her in a fit of rage that I was looking for a new place to work she gave me a shitload of shifts compared to the 1-2 a week over the last month. She advised that I should hand in my notice before the store manager is told who will be going through these books on her next shift and sacks me, if I hand in my notice I get to keep my shifts and the attendance crap doesn't go on my record, if I get fired it does.

I'm more upset with myself than I am loosing the job but that's for a different thread.

Today in History, we were supposed to come up with ideas on how to end the Great Depression, what we are currently studying, and then get into groups of three to discuss which of our ideas is best. (It was supposed to be five, but there's not even 10 kids in my history class)

So, I got stuck with the kid in the class that hates me the most, mostly because I keep insulting him and he can't understand them because he claims I use words beyond his vocabulary. His idea to get money into the economy was "Open more Wal-Marts". So then me and the other kid in our group, who also hates him, started yelling, and the teachers were listening because it was getting kind of loud, and if the student teacher hadn't called us all back to class, a massive fight was going to break out any second. Everyone except him thought it was hilarious because I just humiliated in front of God and all ten other people in there.

Plus, this kid whines a lot, so he was already protesting having to work with me.

Today, Zachary had his birthday party.

I've spent my night trying to avoid a bunch of his friends, which is going pretty well since they're out watching a Star Wars movie.

Currently at a rugby union match between new south wales and south Africa.


Ahhhhh my voice box

Today was my 2 month anniversary with my girlfriend, spent it with her. Took her out to dinner and we went back to her house to watch movies and such. Was a pretty rad day.

Coincidentally, today was also my parent's wedding anniversary.

Also, worked on today's comic page and got it done. Now I'm exhausted, and was gonna read some Pokemon creepypastas, but am too tired to care anymore.

Today, Mom managed to clear out all of Zachary's birthday party guests. I went to a friends house to play Halo even though I hate playing video games, and I watched the Nameless University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux hockey team play in the NCAA tournament, but fell asleep toward the end.

It's 10 past 9 in the morning and I'm not even out of bed.

Today I made popcorn and worked on a new page of my comic (trying to really focus on good anatomy, thus far the results are mixed). Saturdays are clearly for accomplishing great things.

Today I tried using watercolours... I'm sticking to digital.
