Bleach and Cloth
Interesting combo of mundane (the passing by panels), Godlike (the bird eye view panel), and extreme angle (the skyscraper) shots with the dedicated text panel that makes me think of Hideaki Anno's usage of text screens in Evangelion and His and Her Circumstances.

Car felt like a little confusing (the character's, parked, driving by?). In regards to wondering did it moved I thought why didn't the puddle splash? That said it does help call attention to the said puddle. Additionally given your title and catch line for this comic how fiction can be disjointed. Of course I might be reading into things too much. Still I like the page for the most part. I esp like how ya used the sky and puddle in relation to each other in this page.
