Comic description

In the year of 2181, the remains of the Coalition's American nations lie in ruins - destroyed a year earlier when several fusion power stations erupted into nuclear fireballs. The remaining humans, now docile under the Investiture of the Machine State that controls not only Earth, but the entirety of the Sol system, are forced into walled city states that managed to survive the devastation, carefully scrutinized by synthetic Machine State overseers.

Having just received her commission into the Coalition Army's Special Investigations branch of the Military Police, Jr. Lieutenant Lydia Cross keeps a watchful eye over her new home and charge, the burgeoning coastal city-state of Vancouver Central. But even protected from the hostile world outside, all is not serene within the Ferrocrete walls - and Cross is forced to endure the worst that humankind can offer.

I redid the page, the face shadows in panel 1 and 2 were really bothering me.

"YAY!!"
New page!

I'm a DAZ user, and I made the choice to stick with 3Delight for the same reason. When I get done with the post work, then the 7 layer filter/script cake I bake the image into, there's no need for the longer render times and the photo realism of IRay.

I had to load a new page. I realized he introduced himself as Church, when his proper name is Churchill.

Just as an aside from the technical end, I have since done a shift from Poser 11 to Daz Studio 4.9 as my main rendering software. Daz just seems to handle much more concisely with a very nice rendering engine (though I won't be using lray, it is WAY too slow, and pointless for my style of extensive Photoshop postwork).

I considered updating Cross from Victoria 4 to the new Victoria 7 model as she is just a much nicer model, but that would require too many changes, so will remain with V4 for now.

Gizmo is quite unique in regards to the AGECA program. While he did start as Church is, he has since evolved, as it were - a plot point that has yet to be sufficiently explained.
