This page was originally published on May 19, 2008 (for this redraw, I'm splitting what was originally a two-page sequence into three to give them some more breathing room), with art by Aggie Janicot who contributed colors to this new version. Aggie has been updating her own webcomic more lately, so do visit American Gothic Daily for a taste of supernatural romance. In this new version, this page and the next will be expanded to a scene of three pages in total, so that everything has a little more breathing room. It's a properly strange scene in some ways, because the plant-stealing monk is in it.
