Comic description

A corona is a circle of brilliant light, defining a border against darkness. Or... someone who didn't think they could do anything else. Updates Mondays and Fridays.

I'm doing comics in order to not regret NOT doing comics.

Because you weren't supposed to COME, Ana, what are you doing to my plot. What. What.

I -liked- this page's inks and was just gonna background shade with my grey copic. Which died after four small panels. I probably murdered most of my black brush marker too. So, those big backgrounds are cloned in photoshop and all of them were modified darker because my scanner had a fit about scanning things as they are. We won't even mention finding out that a 1962 Dorsett Catalina is supposed to have, like, two outboard motors...

Learning experiences! Hooray! ugh.

And the trend of people ending up in the water pages after they're introduced continues.

Okay, I think what's bothering me is the (increasingly worsening) pencilwork for shading. I may switch to a marker because... ugh, this isn't teaching me about light sources. So, next week's page might be sharper.

And no, no one calls him Dick. I did name him long before I started reading so much Batman.

I honestly don't have a good reason this is nearly late.

Again, sorry for the lateness.

"Probably some local fisherman out for a pleasure cruise at night through eels-infested water."

When I'm late (sorry), just assume I was trying to do my inks like Chris Samnee. The page goes up when I admit defeat.

On a happier note? This is officially one page longer than my first webcomic attempt.
