Comic description

Don't Keep the Devil Waiting is our take on the Five Nights at Freddy's timeline and lore. It's the story of a family (the Aftons) and how loss, corruption, and murder have shaped their lives. We upload once a week on Monday's.

We are a mother/daughter team who loves Five Nights at Freddy's so much that we just had to start a comic (if for no other reason than to figure out the lore, the timeline, and put our theories out into the world). Debra (mom) writer, layout, lettering, theorist. Lydia (daughter) comic artist, graphic designer, lore keeper, theorist.

Angsty teen? What are the other choices? Existential ennui?

Anyway, night two is the only night that you hear these footsteps. We have our interpretation. Who do you think it is?

Something tells me that these tiny animatronics are as bad as they come. And poor Lewis is just trying to do his job with as much enthusiasm as possible. It's not his fault that he loves these animatronics and has an interest in those who made them.

Anyway, it's late, and we've spent the last 3 days celebrating my oldest son's birthday. He turned 12 on Halloween, but he had the flu, so we didn't get to celebrate on his birthday. I'm exhausted and can't think of anything to say. I hope you all enjoyed Halloween, if you celebrate it. We spent the day at home with two sick boys, but everyone is better now.

On a positive note, I found a Five Night's at Freddy's coloring book put out by Crayola, so that's a thing.

Enjoy your week. We'll see you next Monday.

I just want to start with an apology. I know it's been a long time, but there's a valid reason.

Almost a month ago, my daughter, the artist, took her computer to an appointment. While she was there, she managed to kick her computer onto the floor and fried the hard drive.

Thankfully, a lot of her stuff was saved to her thumb drive and Google Docs, but she did lose some of her data.

Anyway, it took us a while to get it fixed, but a huge shout-out to Two Nerds PC Repair here in our neck of the woods. They did a great job!

So back to the comic: Michael/Jeremy is back at the Sister Location and all credit goes to Scott Cawthon once again, as most of the dialogue is taken straight from the game. Barring any more catastrophes, we should be back and running from now on.

William...(*cough*) I mean Morry sure doesn't want Michael...(*cough*) I mean Jeremy, (um Mike?) remembered anything. I hope no one is too confused. We intend to make it all clear as the time goes by.

Anyway, this week was rough on Lydia, and the upcoming week doesn't look too good, so if there is no comic next week, please forgive us in advance. We are going to try to have one next week, but we make no promises. Thanks for your understanding.
