My point is that nowadays we, the common people, produce a lot of content and we do need to store it somewhere. We won't use storage devices to store mainly stolen work - as the portuguese "Authors' Guild" aka SPA tried to make us believe.

Para os meus compatriotas e outros interessados que consigam ler português espero que já saibam do que se trata (se não souberem por favor vejam rapidamente o site da SPA, por exemplo http://www.spautores.pt/comunicacao/noticias/aumentam-as-adesoes-de-autores-ao-abaixo-assinado-da-copia-privada, e a petição contra esta proposta de lei que está a decorrer, http://www.peticaopublica.com/PeticaoVer.aspx?pi=pl118nao).
A minha opinião neste assunto é muito simples: nem só de autores e 'artistas' vive o mundo do armazenamento digital, mas cada vez mais de todos nós com os nossos projectos, fotografias, etc.
A questão é muito mais complexa mas penso que mais vale remeter-vos para um blog onde se escreveu já muito sobre o assunto:
