I would like to take this space to formally apologize, both for this strip being delayed a week and for it still being in its WIP stage. I could blame Persona 5 for this, but there is a different reason for the delay, and it has to do with the laptop I had been using to make this comic up till this point.

Until very recently, Newheimburg was made in Adobe Flash on a laptop I'd had since 2011. The laptop I'm using now is much younger, and my old way of doing things isn't able to catch up with my machine's age. So, as of this update, Newheimburg is now being made in Clip Studio Paint instead of Flash.

Again, I apologize for making you all wait, and I hope that this re-adjustment will help me to invest more of my time and energy towards delivering a comic I can be proud of. Thank you very much for sticking with me!

Kind of a weird cut in this strip from the first to second row, but I wanted to make it clear that if Barry WAS in this scene, he would've lost some teeth.

Because Jack is the principle protag of this comic, and I remember bringing this up earlier, I always worry about misogyny cropping up in this work. The way this is framed makes it seem like Jack's the victim here. Just so we're clear, he's...really not.
