Webcomic description

A historic comic that takes place in mid 19th century Paris. During a period of war and political turmoil, two different women find themselves fighting for a joint cause. One is an uptight school teacher, the other a bohemian artist. Can they together succeed in changing the world? Based on true events and people, with a cast of urchins, feminists, secret service policemen and other citizens of Paris.

An omnivorous reader and self declared geek. Loves Sci-Fi, Fantasy and historical novels. Has a degree in film and media studies. Also likes indie music and films.Comics writers who inspire me: Alan Moore, Warren Ellis, Greg Rucka, Carla Speed McNeil, Mike Carey... and many others.

Pretty much nailed the peeved look.

That's line that's terribly fun to dance on, by the way.

My pleasure.

I never did get around to trying a rapidograph pen, always wondered about them though.
Thanks for your honesty about the action scenes, too (some of the prologue ones are really... bad!) But if I don't tackle them now and try I'll never be good at it.

I also find that things I think are simple never are, and scenes that seem easy aren't, because I didn't realize I don't know what a nearby room or extra character looks like. I don't even have expression sheets for all of my characters yet, so very in-progress.

Peeved is a difficult expression to draw.
