I think the most junkiest thing I have often is Pocky. It used to be strawberry shortcake but I resigned from that job a few months ago. I buy Pocky a lot because it was my school snack back in Japan so it has some sentimental value, and I don't have it a lot, I just buy it and eat it when doing commissions. My husband usually finishes it off.
When I was in my early teens, was really focused on health so I didn't really eat sweets. Didn't really eat anything actually haha. But after I got over that phase I ate a lot of junk food, especially when I started college. Oof but the ramen is so easy and quick to make, and potato chips were my go-to snack in between classes. I really got back into the healthier lifestyle during my 2nd year at college, maybe a little before I joined y'all here.
