Someone here with a CGI/3D comic who wants to see a 2D-Version of their work? I would love to do something like that!!
Wow, that looks quite nifty so far. Really transforms my art, and makes me think what my comic might look like if I had the money to hire an inker.
Thank you :).
The inking at least is finished I guess. Any suggestions? I can send you the clip studio files if you want. Also black and white version, transparent version etc. for you to edit to your hearts content.
I don`t know if via e-mail or something else, but there has to be some simple way to send you the files.
Hi! This sounds fun, I'd love to see what you do with Angels of the Fallen. :) (my first pages aren't that great, currently, do whatever you like with them <3)
Your style is quite lovely and very consistent. I will add colors in a similar style as your newer pages.
Are you unhappy with the drawings themselves?
Can you specify what you do not like?
Yeah my starting post is not very concrete but yes,I don`t want to limit this project to sketched comics but I also wanna do pages that are finished like the ones in "Almighty Protectors" as long as someone actually wants that.
I am excited to see how the pages will look after I worked on them.
Will add you immediately and start working on them :).
Hi,I noticed that I didn`t like my own comic pages and illustrations very much before "inking" them (with the computer),
and after I inked them I enjoyed looking at them much more.
But it is also very time consuming.
Maybe someone on this forum would like to get their comic inked/finished? This could be a good thing for roughly sketched comics you would like to see in a more clean version,or for comics that are non-digital but you want to see what they look like in a digital form.
Or maybe you have a lot of lines in your comic with the same thickness and you want them to look a little bit more different.
Perhaps you built a 3D/CG-comic and want to see a 2D-Version of your characters and 3D-environments?
I will draw the first 3 regular pages/regular entries of one of your webcomics, will post them here and we will see, maybe this experiment will later on evolve into something bigger.
The pages are a a gift,so no payment or any other condition, you can even print them or post them whereever you want and use them however you want, edit them etc. even in a commercial way.
I plan on doing 8 different comics,so 7 slots are currently empty:
1.Almighty Protectors from shastab24
2.Steampunkgorgon by Stilldown
3.Angels of the Fallen by BustyLaroo
This is what I mean with "upgrading","inking","finishing",maybe even coloring pages:
It's something I've always been meaning to do once I've gotten a few chapters in. Was curious if anyone else does this, along with what everyone's thoughts may be on doing such?
this was and is still a big goal I have with drawing Comics.
Some weeks ago I thought about making a thread on the topic of cbr files on this Forum and I didn`t do it.
Thank you for creating one, because I really like this file Format.
The reason why I plan on creating cbr files of my Comics is that it is a very consumer-/readerfriendly way of releasing Comics on the Internet.
The Reader can save the Comic files on their Computer and does not Need to have Internet Connection if they want to read it, can easily read them by just Scrolling pages and without much clicking.Iwant my Comic to be copyable and shareable.
This makes it a very accessible Comic in Terms of Distribution.
I will allow noncommercial use and changing in any form..
I want to create noncommercial Content, because I don`t want to be dependable on giant corporations, wether it is patreon, Amazon, tapastic, YouTube etc...
If there is someone who is interested in my Comics, they shouldn`t be required to use any big coorpations´services in order to read them as Long as I can Prevent that.
And what is your reason you like this Format so much?
A very good example of a webcomic site is in my opinion comicfury. I do not think this site really makes Money, but it is a Website with a very good Intention behind ist creation.
Im so happy this Website exists :).
If you want to, I would be very grateful if you roasted my Comic>
I know the english sucks and the drawings are awfully inconsistent, because I am just a hobbyist, but i guess there are a lot of flaws in this Comic i dont even see myself, so if you pointed some of them out it would be very nice.
I don't expect anyone to look at all these examples, but simply boiling down the complex economic and political decades-old issues that have led to les Gilets Jaunes as "Yellow Vest fools" is foolish. These are very similar to the economic and class issues that France has had in previous revolutions, and to dismiss those similarities is also foolish, especially when a lot of those sentiments are expressed by many Americans.
I don`t have much to add, this is an excellent post.
Thank you for explaining the situation so well; more people need to know About this since it is a global Problem.
It makes me sad when people think of the yellow vests just as a bunch of barbarians who like to destroy Things for no reason, since that is not true.
Also, the gilet jaunes announced they will become a party, which is good because le pen is currently very popular and the gilet jaunes could change that.
Thus Sounds very clever und interesting.
I Plan on creating a comic based on your Last Post after i have finished the blind Date Crossover Comic.
Though only If You want me to since it will take sometime until i can start this Project.
If this Story is already finished when i have time to Take on a new project I could Draw a different Story as Well.
I would like to draw a guest page if you agree.
My english isn`t that good though and I would rather just draw a page you have written a script for than to come up with something myself.
I don`t know if that would even interest you, but just send me a script for a quest page if you are interested, I certainly am.
Edit: Though I noticed while reading your Comics that my drawing skills are much worse than yours; especially when it comes to Consistency.
I might draw an acurrate Looking Person or a correctly drawn house with correct perspective, but it takes me much preparation.
I don`t know how much of the Problem this is for you :)
