That is one scary teddy bear! D: No idea what's the context but that's kinda nightmare fuel right there. Also, I really like the paneling in the bottom half of the page. It paces the action really well.
Beautiful pages as always. I did have a little problem making out the angle of the blade in panel 3, with the sword. It's not biggie though, the rest of the panel and scene lets you know what's going on. And that angle on a blade is heck. I've tried it myself and couldn't make it work. Another great page! ^_^
deerwithgoggles:in today's lucid spring page, neasan uses fire magic on some books that were launched at him! there is no excessive with neasan!
The frames are clear and easy to read, and the characters are expressive. The blind dog is a very intriguing character. The only real issue I have with it is that the backgrounds are kind of bland. I'm not really sure where they are. The first frame looks strange because the perspective seems off. The wall on the right fades into the wall next to the stairs (? stairs, but looks like a ramp?) and it's disorienting because it happens behind the character. Then the fifth and sixth frame have just solid black and white backgrounds, respectively. The walls and ceiling just have pattern overlays on them, which clashes with the styling of the characters themselves. I do like the magic effects, though.
Finally, the direction of the characters is a bit odd, as the frames play out. It's like you jumped the 180 degree line, where in frame two the character is moving to the right, frame three he's moving to the left, and frame four he's again facing right. Then he faces left in the rest of the frames. The flow of movement is important for establishing spatial readability for the viewer.
MisterParadigm:On this episode of Mallory Bash, we discover that Isaac went off on his own while his family eats dinner. He lays under a statue of his father, thinking, when Ava once again sneaks up on him.
You've got a great, cute, dynamic style. Awesome stuff!
The shading and atmosphere is all really well done, that machine looks pretty good too. In terms of things that need work, I think working on varying the peoples facial expressions more would help a lot.
On parasite Galaxy, it's all Bilbo Swaggens fault!
