Excluding my computers, I've owned:

GBA SP
Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo DSi
Nintendo 3DS
Nintendo Wii
Nintendo 64 (not originally mine)
Nintendo Game Boy/Game Boy Color (not originally mine)
Power Joy (a terrible NES clone, not originally mine)

I have an interest in old consoles, in particular Nintendo ones, hence why I have an original Game Boy and a Nintendo 64. I bought the N64 secondhand the other day (it's in a decent working condition) and currently only have two games (Mario Kart 64 and Super Mario 64), but it still makes a nice console for my bedroom TV, which is a similar age to the N64.

The ones that were absolutely mine were the Sega Genesis, the Game Gear, the Gameboy DS and the PlayStation 2. We had many consoles at home, but most were my brothers. Now, my one and only console is my PC.

I love me some old school Nintendo, too. Heck, I grew up with an NES (despite growing up in the early naughties). :3

Consoles I've owned:

PlayStation 1
NES
Gameboy Advance
Three PlayStation 2s
Xbox
GameCube
At least five DS Lites
Two DS Phats (One of them partially melted in a house fire, and still worked afterwards!)
Two Gameboy Advance SPs
A DSi
At least three Wiis
Two N64s
An SNES
A 3DS
And a 2DS

In case you're wondering, the reason I've had so many multiples of the same consoles is that I used to have a bad habit of either breaking them or selling/trading them off, then missing them and getting another one. :3

GBA, DS original, DS lite, 3DS, new 3DS XL, Wii, PS1, PS2, PS3.

I don't have all of them anymore, because for a while, every time I got an upgrade I would mail the old system to a family member in another country. Had to pack a box full of boring stuff and then hide the system inside so that customs would be less likely to steal it. Each one made it through somehow.

Currently I have:

Beefy gaming PC (not a console, but it is a machine for playing video games)
PS4 (Souls/Bloodborne machine)
Modded Wii (which is GBA, Gamecube, SNES, etc.)
and an XBox 360 which I never use because why would I

History:

the first gaming I ever gamed (4 years old) was a PC running Windows 98, on which I played little kid games and then Diablo 2 when I was 6 because I told my parents that the little kid games were insulting my intelligence.
Then we got a PS2 and I played PS2 games on it
then I got a GBA SP when I was eight and played Pokemon (Fire Red remake) for the first time (pure joy). not sure where it is now
Then I had a Gamecube, on which I played smash melee for years. I played every day, for at least two thousand hours total, and never played with another human being. I didn't have friends growing up (still don't)
Then I had a Wii on which I played Smash Brawl (same deal as melee) as well as zelda games and junk.
At 13 my parents got me a computer. I was like wow now I can finally play games. but I was an idiot child and didnt realize that a $200 emachines work computer with no actual graphics card couldnt play shit. didnt stop me from rocking fallout new vegas on low settings at 23fps for years
for my 15th birthday my Aunt gave me her old gaming PC, which was already 5 years out of date but it could play older games on high. The first game I played on it was TF2, and now I have 2,346 hours (3.2 months) game time logged in the ol' teem fortes.

this has been a completely useless history of the gaming systems I owned, I hope you enjoyed it because I wasted a good 10 minutes of my miserable, shriveled apple life writing it.

And after the 3DS, I haven't really played a lot of video games. used to be much more into them though, even though I was never any good.

Edit: pretty sure we have a PS2 as well, but I forgot about it.

PS1 (not technically mine but I still played and loved it)
PS2 (same story)
GBA (once again)
Nintendo DSi
Wii (shared)
PS3 (shared)
PC

And if you count emulators and a cell phone, then I've had a lot more

I'm assuming we had the PS1 since the 90s but I still played it a lot. My brother got a GameBoy around...2010? I played that a lot until the next year, when I got a DSi for my birthday, and my brothers and I got a Wii to share on Christmas. Three years later we got a PS3 and this year I got my computer, although technically we've had a lot more computers in the past, but this is the first one of my own :) And ever since I was like ten I've been emulating old game systems, mainly because my brother-in-law got me into them.

EDIT: About a year before we got the Wii, he had a Gamecube, but it broke :P

Original Nintendo (NES)
Original Game Boy.
PlayStation 2.
Xbox 360.

The big time gap between the old school Nintendo stuff and the PlayStation was filled with the presence of the glorious PC master race.

Anything newer than the PS2 just seemed like more trouble than the games were worth.

Currently I only own cartridge based systems, which is the following...

NES (Nintendo Entertainment System)
SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)
Sega Genesis
Nintendo 64
Game Boy/Game Boy Color
Game Boy Advance
Nintendo DS
Nintendo 3DS

I previously owned...

Playstation 1 (PSX)
Dreamcast
Playstation 2 (PS2)
XBOX
GameCube
XBOX 360
Wii
Playstation 4 (PS4)

I recently just gave up on disc based game systems as I have a high powered PC now and can just digitally download the games if I really want to play almost anything now that is current.
