Listen friends, we've all been there.

You get your cement mix, a bucket, spatula, heck even some gloves, cause of last time you mixed cement with your hands and your skin started delaminating

you're good to go, right? THINK AGAIN

you better go get yourself some safety glasses, cause otherwise it's gonna squirt right in your eye, and then you gotta sit in the waiting room for the eye doctor and think about your bad decision making skills

so listen to your neighbour c-r-o-c
it could happen to you, cause it happened to me

Now the question is, why would Kyo need to mix cement so often. I'm beginning to have a suspicion about where the bodies went!

wear an eyepatch before playing with cement, that way your eye is safe if it decides to squirt like toothpaste again.

of course, doing such tasks without depth perception is unnecessarily complicated, but you'll come out of this challenge stronger and better. I believe in you.

Was the cement radioactive? You could've been a shit version of sandman but with cement and only one eye

Kyo you're so silly. Quick cement just means that once it dries if you stand on it long enough you'll start sinking, like quicksand.

As someone without depth perception I can concur, but it makes vr all the more trippy.

Could be worse! My mom once had a faulty tube of super glue, so when she was fixing a thing here it torn apart and the glue got into her eye. The doctor had to get it out with, I kid you not, a needle. He fished out the glue and pulled gently until it got out, didn't even know it was possible.

jeeze that sounds horrible. Yeah I got pretty lucky, the package of the stuff says it causes severe eye damage so I was feeling pretty dumb on the way to the doc, but it looks like I got it all out soon enough. Glad that things worked out for your mum too

Well, if there were no lasting consequences, it was a learning experience. A painful experience, but still educational... My bet is that you'll never, ever, mix cement without the proper safety gear.

You could've let it set and spent the rest of your life looking like a badass half-golem hybrid creature!

Downside being that that sounds really heavy and uh..you might have some vision problems, but I'm no optician, don't quote me.

There's nothing like that millisecond before it hits your eye when you think "safety glasses!" for hindsight. I think about it all the time when I'm weedwacking with my sunglasses on for eye pro...
