My state votes on the 10th. I'll be at the polls, as I always am, for every single election. Don't just vote in "big" elections. Vote in EVERY election- president down to city council. It's especially important to vote in local elections and for local issues, because A.) this will have the biggest impact on your daily life and B.) many don't vote in local elections, so your opinions and vote mean more and carry more weight. Whatever your beliefs or political stripe, take a little time to learn about the candidates and issues and vote.
I voted a few hours ago. I'm on the tail end of a flu (no, it's not coronavirus, just a regular flu or maybe just a bad cold), so I thought about staying home to avoid spreading it, but I figured this was important enough to risk it. Took sensible precautions - went at an off-peak time (literally the only voter there), dosed up on cough suppressant, used alcohol-based hand sanitizer immediately before entry, and kept a few extra feet of distance from everyone.
