Initially set in 2118, Utopia Next is a story-driven, character-focused sci-fi webcomic with a continuous plot. It follows the life of Dawn Halloran, an investigator at the Department of Internal Security office in New Sacramento, California. A wide variety of other characters, locations and settings will be introduced as the comic moves forward.
